Application guide:
Widely applied to the production of PVC, vinyl chloride copolymer and cellulose resins, also can be used to make thin film, artificial, wire, cable sheet, panel, molding, plasticized paste etc.
This product can also be used as the softener for synthetic rubber, such as nitrile rubber, will improve the product’s rebound resilience and decrease compression set. In addition, is has no influence on the vulcanization of glue stock.
About 80% to 90% DOP are used to PVC industry, the others used to rubber, recycled plastic, lubricants, binder, paints, macromolecule additives, softener for printing ink, capacitor oil, ploy acetic ethylene and PVDC etc.
Application examples:
Anti-atomization and weather-resistance agricultural PVC film, cables( insulation grade), conveyor belt, transparent hose, ordinary artificial leather, enamel toys, packing material, PVC gloves and wallpapers etc.
